TRAINING FOR COMMUNITY TRIPS
In preparation for your trip we will take you through some team meetings and basic training materials. The meetings and materials have the goal of: helping you know and love your teammates; having proper expectations and goals for the trip; and growing the necessary skills to be helpful on the trip. We like to have teams meet together three times before going on a trip together. Here are some basic training guides for those three weeks for leaders and team members.
